EndSARS: Mr Macaroni spends night protesting at Alausa

Popular comedian, Mr Macaroni and a group of EndSARS protesters spent last night in front of the Secretariat of the Lagos State Government in Alausa.

The protesters are calling for an end to the menace of the Special Anti-Robbery Squad, SARS.

The police unit which was created to fight violent crimes in Nigeria have been recently accused of brutalizing innocent citizens.

This has led to a series of protests recorded in Delta, Edo, Abuja and Lagos.

Mr Macaroni who took part in the protest in Lagos took to Twitter on learning that a youth has been shot in Delta.

“Just heard that another youth got shot in Delta. We are not leaving Alausa tonight!! We are sleeping in front of the Government House. Someone must take responsibility!,” he tweeted.

In another post, he wrote:

This is a struggle for our lives ooo! Leaders like Falz, Runtown and other hardworking youths have set the ball rolling. Let us gather ourselves and keep the ball rolling. It could be me or you tomorrow!! #EndSars #AlutaContinua.”
