Elections: No INEC trends as Keyamo, other voters lament absence of electoral officials at their polling units

Some electorate took to Twitter, on Saturday morning, to express their displeasure over the absence of officials of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) at their polling units some hours after voting in the presidential and National Assembly elections was scheduled to commence across the nation.

Prominent among Twitter users, who complained over the absence of INEC officials at their polling units, was the Spokesperson of the All Progressives Congress (APC) Presidential campaign organization, Festus Keyamo (SAN).

Keyamo tweeted:

“Still no INEC in sight in my unit as reported earlier as at 9:25am.

Reactions from other Nigerian Twitter users made “No INEC” a trending topic on the morning of the election.
