Elections: Executive votings at Presidential Villa, VGC Lagos [Photos]
There was calmness and orderliness as the presidential and National Assembly elections went underway at the Presidential Villa, in Abuja and Victoria Garden City (VGC), in Ajah, Lagos, on Saturday.
At the Presidential Villa there are about 14 polling points located on the same open space beside the office of the National Broadcasting Commission.
Electoral officers are comfortably housed under six giant canopies.
White plastic chairs were also provided for voters at the Villa and VGC who look very relaxed.
As of the time of filing this report at about 3.10pm, voting had been completed in all the voting points at the Presidential Villa.
Voters however remained seated, waiting for sorting and counting to start.
At the polling unit in VGC, voters in their large numbers were very relaxed as they all sat under the canopy waiting to cast their vote.
