Some Nigerians on social media are trolling the immediate past governor of Ekiti State, Ayodele Fayose, over a viral video where he was seen dancing with a white lady.

Fayose, who is standing trial over alleged N2.2 billion fraud, was granted permission to travel out of the country for an emergency medical treatment.

He was, however, spotted in a viral video on New Year day dancing with a white lady.

The video sparked a series of reactions on social media as many Nigerians mock him, while some said he deceived the court to grant him permission to travel.

Following the outrage that trailed the video, Fayose took to his Twitter page to say he will remain a pain to his “political haters” if they do not repent in 2020.

“He that is blessed of God cannot be cursed,” the former Ekiti governor added.

Nigerians have camped in the comment section of his tweet to troll him, asking him to return home quickly to continue his trial.

Lauretta Onochie, an aide to the President, Major General Muhammadu Buhari also took to her Twitter page to mock Fayose.

She tweeted:

“Its a miracle! Peter is healed! Praise The Lord! Doctors can work wonders sha. Ayodele Fayose On Medical Dancing therapy. This means he’s no longer in severe pain and we won’t be seeing him on stretchers during his next court appearance or on his way to jail. Thank you Doctors.”
