Photos: EFCC arrests siblings, 13 others over internet fraud in Ibadan
The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission [EFCC] on Thursday arrested 15 people for alleged internet-related fraud.
The suspects include two siblings – Olanrewaju Olatunji, 19, and Femi, 29.
EFCC arrested the suspects at Alafara area of Ibadan, the Oyo State capital, following earlier intelligence gathered by the commission.
The other suspects, whose ages range between 16 and 48 years, are Abiodun Ojo; Lawal Ahmed; Adedeji Olatunbosun; Adeniyi Ramon, and Oladipupo Oluwatobilola.
Also included are Ayomide Olawale; Elegbede Wale; Victor Adaramoye; Timileyin Adeniran; Kunmi Joshua; Tawfeeq Ibrahim; Funmbi Samuel and Adeyemo Yinka.
Items that were recovered from them are three exotic cars, mobile telephone sets, laptops, international passports, Point of Sale machine, and some documents.
According to the EFCC, suspects will be charged to court as soon as investigations are concluded.
