Nigerians have expressed shock over an unprovoked attack on the country’s journalists by Obianuju Catherine Udeh, professionally known as DJ Switch.

In a tweet posted via her official Twitter account on Monday, the songwriter and musician described the country’s investigative reporters as mediocre who only write for clicks.
While urging the masses to learn to read and research on issues, DJ Switch was stressed that “Fake news” tends to excite some people.
“Fake News” got some people crying Face with tears of joy. Nigerians, learn to read & research as a lot of our supposed “investigative journalists” don’t know their job and act so unprofessionally just for clicks! Plus, the truth does not need defence only exposure,” she said.

Oluwatayo Femi, on his part, stated that he found her accusation ironic as she equally leveraged on the same ‘fake news’ to launch herself in the first place.
