World heavyweight boxing champion, Anthony Joshua has advised children to show gratitude to their parent while they are alive.
Joshua who holds the WBA, IBF, WBO, and IBO titles spoke against giving a befitting burial to parents who were ignored while alive.
According to him, the gesture of a befitting burial has no effect on one’s parents when they are dead.
Joshua shared on Instagram: “Dear children, you can’t give your mother and father a befitting burial if you didn’t give them a befitting life when they were alive.
“They can’t see your love after they have gone or see your true affection from the coffin.
“Give your mother or father a hug or call and express your gratitude today.
“If you don’t have the best relationship with your mother or father, this message isn’t meant for you.”
