“The money could be proceed of crime.”

In recent times, commercial bus robbers popularly known as ‘one chance’ and other ATM card robbers have adopted the approach as another means to move money out of the account of their victims.

When they have reached the daily limit of withdrawal from their victims’ bank account, they beg people at ATM points to help them withdraw under pretense that they own the account they are withdrawing from.
