A professional baseball player in the United States, Danry Vasquez was caught on CCTV mercilessly beating his girlfriend at a stairwell in a stadium.
Though the cause of the feud between the two lover birds was not made public, the sportsman who plays for a team in Pennsylvania was seen repeatedly slapping and pulling her up.
The assault happened in August 2016, at Whataburger Field, the home ground of Corpus Christi Hooks – the team Vasquez was playing for at the time.
The 24-year-old baseball player was relieved of his contract after the barbaric clip was made public by a Texas police department on Wednesday.
Vasquez who was arrested for domestic violence in Texas back in August 2016 basically got off with a slap on the wrist.
According to Nueces County District Attorney Mark Gonzalez, the victim did not want to cooperate with prosecutors and wanted the case dropped.
