Diego Costa’s 75′ goal was all Chelsea needed to see off a stubborn West Bromwich Albion side at the Stamford Bridge on Sunday, December 11, 2016.

The Spanish striker took advantage of a sublime Cesc Fabregas pass, beat his marker and slammed the ball past Ben Forster into the net for his 12th goal of the season and his ninth consecutive goal.

Chelsea fans have taken to the social media to express their excitement with having such a dangerous striker and getting back to the top of the league after being usurped by Arsenal, who came from behind to win 3-1 against Stoke City at the Emirates Stadium on Saturday, December 10.
