Prosecutors in the high-profile sex trafficking trial of Sean “Diddy” Combs have alleged that the music mogul once forced a male escort to urinate in the mouth of his ex-girlfriend, Cassie Ventura.

The disturbing claim was presented during opening statements on May 12, following the conclusion of jury selection.

Combs has pleaded not guilty to charges that include one count of racketeering conspiracy, two counts of sex trafficking, and two counts of transportation for prostitution.

Assistant U.S. Attorney Emily Johnson recounted the alleged incident as having occurred during one of Combs’ infamous parties, referred to as “freak offs.”

The so-called “freak offs” were described by Johnson as highly choreographed sexual performances that allegedly involved coercion.

She claimed the incident in question involved Diddy forcing a male escort to urinate in Ventura’s mouth, after which Ventura reportedly said she “felt like she was choking.”

The prosecution also referenced a 2016 video, previously surfaced online, appearing to show Diddy physically assaulting Ventura in a hotel hallway.

In further testimony, Daniel Phillip, a male escort, said he was paid multiple times to engage in sexual acts with Ventura.

He stated he earned as much as $6,000 per encounter, sometimes under Diddy’s direction or while being filmed.

As reported by People, Phillip also testified that Ventura had once requested he urinate on her.

“Cassie was actually the one that asked me urinate on her,” Phillip said. “She asked me if I had ever done that before, she told me to do it. Apparently I was doing it wrong, because they both told me. My thoughts were that this was someone with unlimited power. And chances are that, even if I did go to the police, I might still lose my life.”

Last week, Combs’ legal team disclosed plans to argue that the relationship between Combs and Ventura included mutual violence, casting doubt on Ventura’s role as a victim. She is expected to take the stand during the trial.

Combs, founder of Bad Boy Records, was arrested on September 16, 2024, in Manhattan and subsequently indicted by the Southern District of New York. Prosecutors have also accused him of sexually abusing more than 120 individuals, including a 9-year-old boy. If convicted of racketeering, Combs could face life in prison. A conviction on the sex trafficking charges carries a mandatory minimum sentence of 15 years.
