Lagos dep gov, Hamzat, visits scene of Ikoyi building collapse
The Deputy Governor of Lagos State, Dr Obafemi Hamzat, has paid a visit to the scene of the building that collapsed on Gerard Road, Ikoyi.
He pleaded with the crowd to minimise the noice to be able to hear voices coming from the rubble.
Unfortunately, the total number of people trapped in the collapsed building is still unknown, the Deputy Governor said.
