Lagosians are missing Danfo already. It is obvious from the twitter trend on Tuesday.
A couple of days ago, the Lagos State Governor, Akinwunmi Ambode reassured Lagosians that removal of Danfo from Lagos roads would not cause unemployment.
The Governor, who spoke at the May Day Rally held at the Agege Stadium to commemorate the 2017 Workers Day Celebration, said the Bus Reform Initiative, aimed at introducing over 5000 air-conditioned buses to replace the yellow buses would open new vista of opportunities, while also redefining the means of road transportation in the State.
However, the word is trending now because some folks are arguing that the bus is no longer cool. The conversation is heating up on twitter between folks who use Uber, Taxify and the Danfo veterans.
