Afropop singer/songwriter, David Adeleke, aka Davido, has revealed to his fans why his new single, Stay Strong, is special.

Davido whets the appetite of his fans with a teaser of ‘Stay Strong, his first single off his next album.

With “Stand Strong” set to premiere on May 13, 2022, the singer revealed that the song is “special to me.”

The track was produced by Pheelz and it features The Samples Choir, the group behind Kanye West’s Sunday Service movement.

In one of the series of tweets uploaded on Tuesday, Davido gave a special shoutout to Pheelz.

On “Stand Strong”, he told his 11.2 million Twitter followers, “This one is special to me. It’s different. The conception has been different. The mindset has been different. The making has been different. I know you love it when I make you dance, but now I want to make you feel. This one’s for everyone out there holding it up.

“I know what I’ve experienced the past 10 years, and alot of you have been through it all with me. But… have you really?”
