Singer Davido has reacted to posts made by his aide, Israel DMW, who shared videos from his twins’ second birthday party held in Atlanta.
Davido and his wife, Chioma, welcomed their twins in 2023, a year after the tragic loss of their first son, Ifeanyi. Since then, the couple has kept their twins away from the public, choosing to protect their privacy. The children’s names and faces have not been revealed, though fans fondly refer to them as “J2” after Davido used the initials in his birthday post on X.
The proud father had shared a simple message on October 9 to celebrate their birthday, writing, “J2.” The post stirred joy among fans who congratulated the couple for keeping their family moments private.
To mark the special day, Davido and Chioma hosted a pink-themed party at their Atlanta home, with beautiful decorations, balloons, and a lavish food spread. The event was meant to be intimate, attended by close family and friends.
However, Israel DMW shared several clips from the party, describing it as “very low-key.” He wrote, “Oga’s very low-key 2-year-old birthday party for the twins. 12/10/2025.”
Davido, who appeared displeased, quickly reacted, commenting, “Low-key, but you cast everything,” highlighting the irony in Israel calling it low-key while posting it online.
The singer, who has often spoken about valuing his family’s privacy, was said to have preferred keeping the moment away from the media spotlight.
Israel DMW, who works as Davido’s logistics manager, has remained one of his most loyal aides. Over the years, he has publicly credited Davido for helping him achieve several milestones, including his first trips to the US, UK, France, and Canada.
In one of his past posts, Israel expressed, “I will choose Davido again in my next life,” describing him as the biggest blessing in his career.
