Nigerian singer, David Adeleke, widely known as Davido has won another award; Best Worldwide Act making him the first Nigerian to win two EMA awards in one night.
David had previously been named the winner of the Best African Act category, then was later awarded Best Worldwide Act at the 2017 MTV EMAs.
Excited Davido took to his Twitter handle to share the goods news, he wrote; ”
“OMG I just won the BEST WORLDWIDE ACT MTV EMA!!! I’m going madd!!!!! 2 EMA’s !! Whaaat!! AHHHH another one!!! two EMA’s !!! this shit emotional !! say hello to MTV’s EMA 2017 best African ACT and best Worldwide act.”
