Nigerian music sensation, Davido, has shared his intention to continue his academic journey, revealing that he plans to enrol in a Master’s degree programme in Political Science at a university in the United Kingdom next year.
The award-winning artiste disclosed this during a recent livestream while addressing questions about his educational ambitions.
He clarified that the postgraduate programme would not take place at Adeleke University, dismissing speculation surrounding the institution.
“I want to do my Master’s next year,” he said.
Responding to a question on whether he intended to study at Adeleke University, Davido replied, “No, in UK, a one-year course in Political science. I have my BSc already.”
The singer further explained that the programme would last for one year, which aligns with the structure of many postgraduate courses offered in the UK.
His announcement has since generated reactions from fans and supporters, many of whom commended the move and described it as a strong commitment to personal growth beyond the entertainment industry.
