Nigerian singer, Dammy Krane says his arrest in the United States of America was ordained by God.
In a post on Snapchat the 23-year-old said the timing of his arrest was perfect from God, adding that chasing money ain’t good (could he really mean that or was it a mistake?).
Krane was arrested in Miami, Florida in June for grand theft, felony, and fraud. He was released a few days after he pleaded not guilty to the charges and met his bail condition that was set at $7,500.
His case generated a lot of controversy on the social media, some of his colleagues openly disapproving and chastising him for being greedy.
On the other hand, 2Baba maintained that Dammy Krane, who was formerly signed to his Hypertek record label was just caught up in something he knew nothing about.
In a series of post on his twitter handle, the ‘Amin crooner’ maintained his innocence and begged his fans not to believe the stories circulated about him.
