West Ham’s impressive run of four consecutive victories came to an end in a 1-1 draw against London rivals Crystal Palace on Sunday.
Both teams came out with strong attacking intentions, but it was West Ham who took the lead in the 13th minute when Mohammed Kudus capitalized on a defensive error from Crystal Palace.
The Eagles responded with a flurry of attacks, and their efforts were rewarded early in the second half when Odsonne Edouard pounced on a loose pass from Konstantinos Mavropanos to equalize.
The remainder of the match was a tense affair with both teams pushing for a winner, but neither side was able to find the decisive goal.
The draw leaves West Ham in seventh place in the Premier League table, while Crystal Palace rise to 13th position.
