No stranger to flexing his muscles in photos, Ronaldo looks to be encouraging team-mates to do the same as he uploaded a picture to his social media account.
Ronaldo is joined by the likes of Gareth Bale, Sergio Ramos and Toni Kroos as they joke around and pull off a variety of poses for the camera.
