A self-styled ‘man of God’ claims to have discovered a spiritual cure for coronavirus/Covid-19, a pandemic that has brought the world to its knees.

Prophet Coming of the Lord’, who is the General Overseer of Paradise Church Deliverance Ministry for the Kingdom of God located in Etokutu forest in Ethiope East Local Government Area of Delta State, on Tuesday stormed the Correspondents’ Press Centre of the Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ) in Warri to announce the cure.

According to the white-garment cleric, with his discovery, he is set to prove to the world that he can cure Covid-19 spiritually.

He described the rampaging coronavirus pandemic as a spiritual problem which can only be tackled from the spiritual realm.

“Coronavirus is a spiritual problem. It was dropped to the planet by Lucifer to torment the people. It is a spiritual problem and no machine, no medical doctor can produce coronavirus medicine because it is prepared for the realm of the spiritual,” he stated.

“The Holy Spirit told me no doctor can find the cure to coronavirus. It can only be tackled from the spiritual realm.”

He emphasised that coronavirus is an agent of Lucifer who is looking for people to devour.

While maintaining that “anything spiritually inflicted can only be solved spiritually”, the prophet told newsmen that he acquired the spiritual remedy as an aftermath of divine intervention from a spiritual meditation concluded a week ago.

“As a prophet, when God gives a prophet a message or revelation, He brings solution. The prophet is a solution. And I want to prove it to the whole world that there is a remedy. And I can prove it,” he said.

“With the spiritual item, I can demonstrate it in the hospitals and any coronavirus victim will get up instantly.

“And the spiritual remedy is not for sale. The Lord told me I should not offer it for sale.”

‘Prophet Coming of the Lord’ added,

“When I came out of the forest, the Lord asked me to propagate the message. And Lucifer knows what I am talking about. Lucifer knows that I want to reveal its secret and it is disturbing me a lot for my audacity to come out and deliver the message. So, when I came down from the forest, I packaged the spiritual remedy as directed by the Holy Spirit to solve the spiritual problem.

While attributing the coronavirus pandemic to the sin of the world, he, however, stated that the pandemic “is on a visit and will soon depart” stressing that it is now time for all and sundry to know and move closer to God.
