Popular content creator Kuye Adegoke, known as Egungun of Lagos, has responded nonchalantly to a viral video showing him accidentally exposing his private parts during a video call.
In the clip, which has sparked widespread reactions on social media, Egungun was brushing his teeth while video-chatting with an unidentified woman. During the call, the content creator, wearing shorts, briefly exposed his private parts.
The controversy arose shortly after his wife, Pashotah, addressed a blackmail attempt involving a private video of Egungun.
She explained that the video was originally meant for her but was mistakenly shared on his Snapchat story. Despite defending her husband’s character and their marriage, the leaked footage has led to doubts about her earlier statements.
Amid the backlash, Egungun appeared unbothered as he shared a new video on Instagram, dancing energetically to Zlatan and Olamide’s hit song Gimme Love alongside a lady in his living room. He captioned the post, “That’s massive baby but still give me your love baby 😂😂.”
The scandal has drawn reactions from celebrities and social media users. Nigerian on-air personality N6 took to Instagram to mock Egungun, writing, “Dear Egungun, that was not massive at all baby, someone call LAGATHA immediately.”
Singer Ayra Starr also weighed in on the controversy. She expressed disbelief over the leak, tweeting, “So y’all are leaking stuff from the secret mobstarr Instagram now? wow.”
Social media has been abuzz with mixed reactions to Egungun’s response and the ongoing drama.
