Former presidential aide, Reno Omokri, has advised young and aspiring couple to ensure they never make or accept a marriage proposal.
Omokri made this known vis his timely #RenosNuggets on Saturday in a tweet to his 888.5K Followers on Twitter.
The rights activist who served during the Goodluck Jonathan administration opined that parents have an extra sight that projects beyond the blindsight of their children caused by erotic love.
As a reference to aspiring husbands and wives, Omokri sighted the biblical examples of Isaac and Samson adding that while the former had a happy marriage because he followed his parents’ directions, the latter died eventually for rejecting the counsel of his parents.
He said: “Consult with your parents before you make or accept a marriage proposal. Isaac did it and he had a happy marriage. Samson did not do it and he died. Erotic love is blind and who better to help you see when you are blind, than your parents?”
