Confusion as Chelsea’s Lukaku changes social media bio to Inter Milan

Published

Belgian forward, Romelu Lukaku, has left fans confused after his former club Inter Milan appeared on his social media bios rather than Chelsea.

Lukaku was dropped by Chelsea manager, Thomas Tuchel, from the squad facing Liverpool on Sunday after revealing he “was not very happy” at Chelsea during a recent explosive interview with Sky Italia.

The 28-year-old Belgian also accused his manager of “playing a different formation” than the one that gets the best out of him.

Lukaku who rejoined the club about four months ago for a club-record fee of £97.5m caused more confusion when he revealed that he would love to return to the Serie A side while he is still in the prime of his career.

Although The Blues started the Super Sunday clash without Lukaku in a shaky manner, they quickly regrouped and denied Liverpool three points with a 2-2 draw.

Fans have now started asking questions after discovering that the Chelsea striker is still listed as playing for Inter Milan as his team on his Facebook account amidst uncertainty about his future, Daily Mail reports.
