A yet-to-be-identified woman has reportedly dumped her one-day-old set of twins inside a gutter at Elikpokwodu community in Rukpokwu, Obi Akpor local government area of Rivers State.
Members of the community have launched a manhunt for the woman.
It was gathered that members of the community woke up today (Monday) to the sight of the lifeless bodies of the twins inside a gutter.
Eyewitnesses believed that they must have been dumped in the gutter overnight and killed by cold.
Their corpses have since been evacuated.
A social media user Princess Gift shared the gory photos of the babies inside a gutter.
