An Abuja Customary court has reportedly granted Tonto Dikeh full custody of her three-year-old son, King Andre.

According to multiple reports, her ex-husband, Mr Olakunle Churchill was granted only conditional visitation rights

Confirming the report, Barrister Ukechukwu C Uju-Azorji, the actress’s legal representative said that an Abuja customary court gave Tonto full custody of King Andre after Churchill sued her.

The Barrister described the case as a very hectic and dramatic one. It was also reported that the visitation rights were based on some conditions which Mr Churchill has failed to meet.

He said Churchill was told to pay N200,000 monthly for Andre’s upkeep which he hasn’t. He further said Churchill agreed to pay Andre’s school fees directly to the school but stopped after paying once and they have emails from the school to back their claims.
