Veteran Nollywood actor, Anayo Modestus Onyekwere, popularly known as Kanayo O. Kanayo, on Thursday, celebrated his son’s birthday.
The proud father shared picture of his son, Clinton Onyeze Mbaise on his Instagram account with the caption: Clinton My son is 15 years old today. Time really flies. To God be all the glory. Happy birthday to Onyeze Mbaise.
Kanayo O. Kanayo, who was born on March 1, 1962 in Mbaise, Imo State, Nigeria has won several awards. In 2006 he won the African Movie Academy Award for Best Actor in a Leading Role. In 1992, he made his debut film appearance in the movies; Living in Bondage.
The veteran actor had since then starred in over 100 movies. He is currently a United Nations ambassador and bears the title of MFR. Kanayo was among selected Nigerians honored by the government in 2014 during the centenary celebration.
