Governor Akinwunmi Ambode and Aliiko Dangote were at the Murtala Muahmmed International Airport early morning Tuesday to receive Togo’s President Faure Gnassingbe.
President Gnassingbe is in Lagos to visit the $14 billion Dangote Refinery at the Lekki Free Zone, Lekki area of Lagos State.
Apart from Governor Ambode and Dangote, other top federal and state government officials were also at the airport to welcome Gnassingbe.

According to a statement from the Lagos State Government, Gov. Ambode is expected to discuss investment opportunities available in Lagos with the Togolese President for the country to key into.
The Dangote Refinery is projected to refine 650,000 barrels of crude oil per day and will be one of the biggest refinery in the world.
