A pregnant woman has reportedly died after a truck crushed a commercial tricycle she was riding in in Aba, Abia State.
WuzupNaija gathered that the truck driver was being chased by some revenue agents working for Aba South Local Area Council when it rammed into the tricycle, popularly known as ‘Keke’.
According to reports, the pregnant woman and a passenger in the tricycle died on the spot.

It was learnt that other passengers injured in the accident are battling for survival in a government hospital.
Reports said the revenue agents, in an attempt to escape the wrath of eyewitnesses, dived into the Waterside River. One of them was apprehended and beaten to stupor.
It was gathered that the timely intervention of a police team prevented the irate crowd from setting him ablaze.
