Channels TV reacts as staff is accused of domestic violence by wife
Channels Television has reacted to the allegation that its staff Pius Angbo committed domestic violence against his wife, Ifeanyiwa.
A video made by Angbo’s wife showed her with a bruised face.
According to the wife who is a doctor, their marriage of six years has never been peaceful for her.
She said that the latest attack she suffered at her husband’s hand was because she told him to spend money wisely and not on women.
This happened just four weeks after she gave birth to their baby.
She also said that while she was pregnant with the baby, Angbo used to sit on her stomach.
Watch the video below.
Reacting to the news, Channels Television said that it “does not condone violence against women or anyone in general.
“The domestic violence matter reported against one of our reporters is being investigated and appropriate action will be taken.”
