Popular Nigerian music star David Adeleke, known as Davido, received a luxurious birthday gift from a car dealer, Mr. Jay Autos LLC, as he turned 32 today, November 21, 2024.
The car, a brand-new Escalade 600 Premium Luxury, is reportedly worth over N228 million.
Mr. Jay Autos LLC shared the announcement on their Instagram page, stating, “On your birthday, our brand Mr. Jay Autos LLC has decided to gift you this new Escalade 600 Premium Luxury. We appreciate your patronage and love for the brand. Happy birthday Oriade! Cheers to many more years. Shipping this out immediately to your desired location. Waiting on your directive!”
Reacting to the gift, Davido expressed his excitement in the comments section, replying, “Wow love uuuuuuu.”
On the eve of his birthday, Davido reflected on his journey, writing, “Big 32 soon!!! Omo God is good happy to be alive!! My eye don see shege!! But steady my fans dey shout shekpe!!!”
As part of his birthday celebration, Davido announced plans to donate N300 million to orphanages and charities working to prevent drug abuse. This yearly tradition of giving back has earned him admiration from fans. He promised to share details of the donation soon.
A week earlier, Davido revealed plans for a birthday concert featuring stars like Odumodublvck, Ecool, and Mayorkun.
The award-winning artist has also treated himself to several high-value purchases in recent months. He bought a Tesla Cybertruck worth N254 million as a pre-birthday gift, calling it a purchase made out of boredom.
In April, he splurged nearly a billion naira on a Rolls Royce Spectre, which he is set to take delivery of soon.
Last week, Davido received his new private jet, a Bombardier 7500, valued at $68-$78 million.
