Manchester United midfielder, Bruno Fernandes has been named Premier League’s Player of the Month for November.

The Portuguese was given the award after scoring four goals and an assist in four Premier League games for Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s men.

Fernandes beat Ben Chilwell, Jack Grealish, Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg, Angelo Ogbonna and James Ward-Prowse to clinch his third POTM award after winning it in February and June 2020.

“It means a lot, of course,” he told MUTV, upon receiving the prize. “I think it’s always good for an individual player, this award. Of course, for me, the most important is the team.”

“I am happy – not enough, but I am happy because, for me, the most important thing is winning,” he said.

“We had a loss [in November, to Arsenal] and for me it’s not enough because I want to win every game.

“To be really happy, I have to have a full month with winning the games and with full performances.

“It’s really important for me to keep doing well because more important than everyone talking is me. If I’m happy with my performances and what I am doing, I will be top in the country and the club.”
