UK pop star, Britney Spears, has announced her engagement to her her longtime lover, Sam Asghari.
Britney and Sam have been together since they met on the set of her “Slumber Party” music video in 2016.
The award winning 39-year-old act shared photos and video of her flashing her sparkling diamond engagement ring while fiancé Sam Asghari, peeked in from the side.
Overwhelmed with excitement, Britney said on Instagram, “I can’t f***ing believe it!!!”
According to Men’s Health, Sam was born in Tehran, Iran, as the youngest of four children.
Eventually, the 27-year-old immigrated to America with his father, when he was 12 years old.
He said, “I had to leave my friends and family who I was very close with, and I knew I was moving away and never coming back.”
Sam joined his high school’s football team and later participated in a football program at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, but was cut before his freshman year.
He then went on to play for Los Angeles’s Moorpark College.
Sam presently works as a personal trainer and runs Asghari Fitness, which offers members personalized training programs and customized meal plans.
He also regularly updates his Instagram with photos of himself looking ridiculously jacked.
