British PM Boris Johnson to wed third wife next summer

British Prime Minister, Boris Johnson, is set to walk down the aisle again for the third time.
Johnson is hoping to get it right when he marries his current fiancee, Carrie Symonds in the summer of 2022.

The couple who share a son together got engaged before the birth of their first child in February last year.

The UK Sun reported that the wedding was delayed as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.

According to Evening Standard, Boris would be the second Prime Minister to marry while in office after Lord Liverpool married Mary Chester in 1822.

While Johnson and Symmonds have sent save-the-date cards to family and friends for the event on Saturday, July 30, 2022, the venue remains a secret.

Recall that Johnson finalised his divorce from his second wife Marina Wheeler in 2020 after the birth of his new child, Wilfred Lawrie Nicholas Johnson.

He was the third baby born to a serving prime minister in recent history.

In September 2018, Johnson and Wheeler issued a statement confirming that after 25 years of marriage (dating back to 1993), they had separated “several months ago” and begun divorce proceedings. They reached a financial settlement in February 2020, and the divorce was finalised by November 2020.

Before then Johnson was first married to Allegra Mostyn-Owen 1987–1993.

Reports revealed that they both married each other at the age of 23.
