Bolivian President, Evo Morales, has been unfortunate enough to be caught watching porn on his phone during a court session.
According to the video making the rounds on You Tube, a court session was ongoing when the president’s phone started emitting the sound of a woman moaning as it often is in a porn movie, and subsequently fell off his hand before he rushed to pick it up.
The president was not totally fortunate as virtually everyone inside the international court room had heard the sound from the phone.
