On Sunday, organisers of the Big Brother Nigeria Season Six shocked viewers and fans with the introduction of four new housemates.
As expected, the development seemed to have set tongues wagging and generated divergent reactions online.
It looks more like a palace coup as nobody saw it coming.
The drama started when Ebuka Obi-Uchendu, the official BBNaija host, introduced Michael, Kayvee and JMK and Queen into the house during Sunday live show.
His introduction further heightened tension among viewers who kept wondering what was going on.
While some fans were happy with the innovation, some others fear that the ‘ships’ built by existing housemates will be destroyed.
On Instagram, the reactions were endless.
