Rave-of-the-moment artiste, Bella Shurmda, is definitely trying to prove that in the Nigeria music industry, he is a force to be reckoned with and not a flash in the pan.

The young lad who came into limelight with his hit song, Vision 2020, has been consistent in his craft as he keeps releasing hits back to back. He has released his first song this year and it already holds promises of topping charts.

If you are a lover of the Nigerian Amapiano dance, this song is likely going to be on your playlist. In the song, Rush, Bella Shurmda addresses critics who believe he is living on the fast lane and categorically states that he is indifferent about their opinion.

He also used the song to subtly speak on a recent viral video that made rounds on the internet, which suggested that he was too intoxicated to perform properly on stage.

Speaking on the issue, the singer sang, “Why dem asking me why? Why I always getting high? But me I never reply cos Awe, that’s my way”

The song, which fluctuates between mid and high tempo, sees the singer switching from pidgin English to Yoruba language, yet maintaining a danceable rhythm.

While listening to this feel-good music as you get your groove on, one can easily decipher the artiste’s message in the song, which stated that regardless of what people say about him, he is unbothered by their viewpoint.
