British beauty queen, Kirsty Bertarelli, has made the headlines by becoming Britain’s richest divorcee after splitting with her billionaire husband.

The singer-songwriter became the richest woman in the UK on the 2017 Sunday Times Rich List after her marriage to Italian-born Swiss businessman Ernesto Bertarelli.

The now-estranged couple has three children together, according to UK Mirror.

Their 21-year marriage ended in secret this year and Kirsty scooped £350 million settlement from the £9.2 billion fortune that placed them 14th on the Sunday Times Rich List 2021.

According to MailOnline the former Miss Uk also got a spectacular modern house by Lake Geneva in Switzerland bought this year for £52million.

Kristy is now wealthier than pop superstars Sir Mick Jagger, said to be worth £310million, Ed Sheeran (£220million) and Adele (£140million).

Her personal wealth even rivals that of the Queen’s, which is estimated at £365 million.
