BBNaija’s Tacha slams man who criticized her for speaking on national issues
Reality TV star, Tacha Akide recently lambasted a Twitter user who called her out for speaking on issues pertaining to the Nigerian Government.
The former BBNaija housemate had criticized government officials for claiming Nigeria is a conducive place to live, while they send their children abroad to enjoy quality education and good healthcare.
She tweeted,
“Nigeria and Double standard 5&6
It’s how they keep convincing us that Nigeria is not that bad. These same leaders send their kids Abroad, where they Breathe fresh air, Have access to good health care, good edu etc.
If Nigeria is not BAD, why are your kids not in the good Nigeria!!”
The Twitter user @Young Cashout lambasted Tacha for having an opinion about the government.
According to him, Tacha has no right to talk about the government when she is also travelling abroad every now and then.
He mentioned seeing her in Dubai three months ago.
Reacting to the now-deleted tweet, Tacha said people like him are the reasons why celebrities relent on societal issues.
See Tacha’s Tweet below;
It is people like you that make celebrities relent when it comes to societal issues! And your coconut head will still come out to BLAME them for taking back seats!..
Pick a struggle and whilst at that “Leave and Breathe”. https://t.co/tiHiHkXqF5— TACHA????? (@Symply_Tacha) January 5, 2021
