Sabrina, a housemate in the ongoing 10th season of Big Brother Naija, has left the reality show due to health reasons.
She told fellow contestants on Monday morning that she was taking a voluntary exit to focus on her health. While packing her belongings, she said, “I just want to let you guys know so that it would not look like I just disappeared.”
Her departure left the house tense and emotional, with her close friend Kola breaking down in tears soon after the news.
In a statement on X later that afternoon, the organisers confirmed her exit, explaining that Sabrina consulted with Big Brother and the on-site medical team before the decision was made. “It was decided that she had to leave the house for a more thorough medical investigation,” the statement read.
The organisers said they remain committed to “ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all housemates in the Big Brother house at all times.”
BBNaija host Ebuka Obi-Uchendu posted a brief “Sabrina .” on X following the announcement.
If she does not return, Sabrina will be the third person to leave the house this season, after Danboskid and Ibifubara were evicted on Sunday.
