BBNaija’s Rico Swavey dies at 30
Big Brother Naija Season 3 star, Patrick Fakoya, popularly known as Rico Swavey, has died at the age of 30.
His death was confirmed on Thursday morning by fellow ex-housemate, Tobi Bakare.
“We lost him. But thanks a lot guys. God knows best,” Tobi shared on his verified Instagram page.
The reality TV star died following his involvement in a ghastly car accident a few days ago.
His fellow ex-housemate BBNaija S3 star, Alex Asogwa aka Alex Unusual, announced the accident on her Twitter page on Tuesday.
According to her, the accident occurred “hours ago”, adding that the doctors were trying to resuscitate Rico Swavey as of the time she left the hospital.
