Big Brother Naija Season 10 housemate, Jason Jae, has once again secured the Head of House title after emerging as Interim HOH during Sunday night’s games.
This marks his second win this season, reinforcing his reputation as a strong contender in the house, alongside fellow frontrunner Doris.
The challenge, held shortly after the live eviction show that saw Victory and Gigi Jasmine exit the competition, featured a sack race task designed to test the housemates’ agility and coordination.
Each participant was required to step into a sack, hold it securely, and hop their way to the finish line.
Contestants who performed well advanced to the next stage, while the lowest performer received the “Snail of the House” title. Following a competitive round, Jason Jae was declared the winner of the challenge, while Mide was named the “House Snail” for Week 5.
As part of the punishment, Mide will be responsible for cleaning the toilet throughout the week and has also been automatically placed on the eviction list.
Doris, who previously held the HOH title before being dethroned by Zita, was the only female contestant to reach the qualifier round. However, she was unable to reclaim the position. Zita, last week’s HOH, officially handed over the leadership role to Jason after the challenge.
Big Brother announced the result with the statement: “For the second time this season, Jason is your Head of House.”
In a surprising twist, Jason, who shares a close bond with Sultana, chose Koyin as his guest in the HOH lounge—defying expectations and stirring conversations among housemates and fans alike.
Despite his current title, Jason’s position remains temporary. He must defend his title in the official HOH challenge on Monday. Failure to do so would result in a new Head of House being named, as his Interim status only lasts until the next challenge is concluded.
