BBNaija’s Anto recreates Funmilayo Ransome-Kuti, Ameyo Adadevoh, Chioma Ajunwa, other heroines for #IWD2019
In commemoration of the March 8, International Women’s Day, an Ex-Big Brother Naija housemate, Munirat Antoinette Lecky, better known as Anto, honoured a few Nigerian female heroes by recreating them.
The model said she paid tribute to these heroines because they are are some of her greatest inspirations professionally and personally.
Anto said these “Wonder Women” from different walks of life have broken barriers professionally while dealing with personal issues impeccably.

Some of the heroines she recreated include, Funmilyo Ransome-Kuti, Chioma Ajunwa, Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie, Dr Ameyo Adadevoh, Mo Abudu.
Others are Tiwa Savage, Genevieve Nnaji, Nike Davies-Okundaye, Genevieve Nnaji, Kemi Adetiba and Linda Ikeji.
Anto wrote;
“This International Women’s Day, I pay tribute to some Nigerian women who inspire me professionally and personally, who have been able to break barriers professionally, while dealing with personal issues impeccably. You should know who all of these women are already and if you don’t, now you do!
“Please research these and more women because they can inspire you as well.
“I get asked if I’m a feminist. I’m more than a feminist; woman was brought to this world because man NEEDED her, woman brings LIFE to this world.
“Life CANNOT go one without woman. The sooner we all, women and men, accept this, we will reach gender equality. #IWD. #BalanceForBetter.”
Anto holds two Masters degrees in Business Administration and Sports Business Management. She holds a Bachelors degree in Exercise and Sports Science and Administration.
The reality star graduated in 2011 from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hil.
The articulate BBNaija 2018 housemate adopted the moniker “Anto” during her stay in the reality show.
