Comedian AY has said that BBNaija reality TV show serves a purpose when the government doesn’t think about the employment of youths
He made this known in a tweet in reaction to attacks on the show which currently has a new edition running on TV.
Comedian AY shared: “Some of u who see #BBNaija platform as a jobless huge pile of scrap are free to have ur individual opinions. But what most of u don’t realise is that ‘the pile of scrap’ itself serves a purpose in d face of a government that doesn’t think about youth unemployment#thinkaboutit.”
The BBNaija show has been getting heavy criticism from the Christian Association of Nigeria, CAN, and Muslim Rights Concern, MURIC.
The show was also recently criticized by the Ooni of Ife, Oba Enitan Adeyeye Ogunwusi II.
