Evicted housemate, Saskay has disclosed that the Big Brother ‘Shine Ya Eye’ Season 6 show has helped her to assess life from a different perspective.
This is just as the 21-year-old talked about mental health and the need for people to take it seriously.
She made the statement during an interview on PUNCH Live.
“I have definitely learnt how to live with people, Big Brother’s house was filled with people of different backgrounds, who have different thoughts and ideas
“I have also learnt to accept people the way they are and live with them and so I know coming out, being around people would be easier for me, ” she said.
Although the evicted housemate claimed to have a fair knowledge of mental health, she stressed that the reality show has made her to further see it as an important factor in her day to day life.
“I have also learnt to take mental health very seriously and see it as a very important thing in a day to day life,” she said.
