Bastard, Kunle Afolayan slams fan (See what transpired)
Popular Nigerian actor, film producer and director, Kunle Afolayan, has lambasted a fan for allegedly downloading and watching his movie – Citation – from unauthorised websites.
The follower, one @iam_Muideen, had seemingly made an innocent remark about the movie, saying:
“@kunleafolayan Citation Is A Great Film No Doubt, But Non Subtitle Of French Part Is A Great Disservice To The Movie.”
Well, the truth, however, is there is a subtitle for the movie on Netflix but the follower likely watched on an unauthorized platform, making the 46-year-old movie maker pissed.
He responded:
“You are a very stupid idiot. That’s what you get if you keep downloading films from unauthorized streaming platforms. Omo ale.”
