Baron Corbin has officially returned to WWE, ending weeks of speculation surrounding his future with the company.
The former WWE Superstar made his surprise comeback during this week’s episode of WWE SmackDown, marking his first appearance since leaving the promotion.
Reports surfaced in May indicating that Bishop Dyer—the ring name Corbin adopted after his WWE exit—had been the subject of internal discussions regarding a possible return.
Interest in the rumours grew even stronger after he recently lost the MLW World Tag Team Championships, fueling expectations that a WWE comeback could be imminent.
The speculation was confirmed during a singles contest between Trick Williams and Carmelo Hayes.
As Hayes prepared to deliver his “Melo Don’t Miss” finishing move, Corbin stormed into the ring and disrupted the closing moments of the match.
He attacked Hayes before shifting his focus to Trick Williams, leaving both competitors stunned.
Corbin’s surprise appearance instantly altered the outcome of the contest and officially signaled the return of “The Nomad” to WWE, adding a new twist to the SmackDown landscape.
