An Abuja-based civil servant and politician, Joe Ukpo, has died in a car accident that occurred Okpoma/ Okuku road in Cross River state.
Reports said the accident which happened on Thursday was caused by the bad state of the Okpoma/ Okuku road.
The deceased was said to be driving his private car when he crashed on the road which had been labelled a ‘death trap.’
Joe reportedly died a few hours later after battling for his life in an undisclosed hospital.
