Nollywood actress Ayo Adesanya clocked 47-year-old on Thursday, August 11, 2016 and the movie star received hundreds of congratulatory messages from thousands of her fans on social media.
To show appreciation for the words of encouragement from friends, family members and the media, the actress took to her Instagram page on Friday and posted a heart-warming thank you message.
She said, “Birthdays come once a year and yesterday you made the celebration memorable. I appreciate you all my fans for words of encouragement that keeps me going, the media and colleagues for a bond that continues to flourish growth. Friends and family for love that makes blood thicker than water. May we always have great moments to share together.”

Ayo Adesanya made her TV debut in 1996 when she starred in the TV soap opera, the Tunji Bamishigbin produced “Palace”.
She has acted in hundreds of Nigerian movies, both English and Yoruba. One classic Nollywood movie she starred in was the 1999 film “Most Wanted”.
