Arsenal skipper, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, on Tuesday evening shocked his fans across the world after he deleted his Twitter shortly after tweeting about the Super League debate.

The 31-year-old Gabonese forward, who took out his frustration to the social media platform, wondered why talks around the Super League has overtaken relevant global concerns such as COVID-19 and the fight against racism.

Shortly after posting the message, the Arsenal striker deleted his Twitter account.

His last tweet read: “I ain’t missed you Twitter. So we not allowed to talk about anything?

“Only football and Super League? No more talking about Covid?! Or online abuse or racism. Nice.

“Even Sick [sic] (without fone) I was feeling better than now with fone. Let me turn it off. See u.”

According to Goal, the star has been out of action for Arsenal since his side’s 3-0 victory over Sheffield United at Bramall Lane earlier this month.

WuzupNigeria reported how Aubameyang who is presently recuperating contracted malaria while on national duty in Gabon.
